Rylee Finds Her Idenity is a hardcover Children's Story Book with 32 full color and full bleed pages.
Authors Note: As I taught a Sunday School lesson to a group of amazing twelfth-grade girls, my heart grew increasingly aware of the difficulties that they were facing as they struggled to find their identity. It became quite clearthat the world has been relentless in its pursuit to convince them that their identity should come from their appearance, their popularity, their abilities, and a vast array of other misguided measures. My soul ached as I realized how these lies had permeated, and so dramatically impacted, each of their young lives. My heart was further burdened by the thought that my precious four-year-old daughter, Rylee, may have already begun her own quest to discover her identity. That afternoon, as I snuggled up with my little girl for our traditional Sunday afternoon nap, I began to pray. I begged the Lord to show me how I could help her to understand that the true source of her identity came from a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and not the temporal externals of this world. Within moments, a very profound and unexpected thought came into my mind: I could simply write a children’s story, especially for my daughter. Although it had never crossed my mind to attempt such a project, the concept was absolutely inspired. We read to her daily, and she has a number of books memorized from simply having heard them read aloud so many times. A children’s book would allow my husband and me to convey a powerful truth to our daughter, not only today, but for many years to come. It is my prayer that the Lord will allow this truth to seep into the depths of my precious child’s soul, as well as the soul of every person who takes the time to turn the pages of this book. - Brandi Renfroe
ONE HUNDRED DAYS ON THE MOUNTAIN by Rev. G. Todd Hardin
One Hundred Days on the Mountain is a paperback Daily Devotional with 177 black & white pages.
Author's Note: The writings in this book were originally composed as a supplement to Dr. Phil Young’s Sunday evening sermon series on the Sermon on the Mount. How you decide to use this material is completely up to you. In this little book I open my heart to you and invite you to take a leisurely devotional journey with me and the Master Teacher. You may want to use this book to jumpstart your devotions much like the national anthem precedes a ballgame. You may wish to meditate upon the focal verses or to search scripture for further insight. The point is, how you choose to use this devotional is your choice. I want to state that any blessings that you receive from using this literature come directly from God and any errors you uncover completely belong to me. Please join me as we learn what God has to say through this timeless masterpiece of literature known as the Sermon on the Mount. - Rev. G. Todd Hardin
